Client’s personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, etc.) may be collected for Company’s use (marketing communications, etc.). However, such information will not be sold or given to any third party.

Non-Disclosure Agreement by Katie Wall Book Coach LLC

Katie Wall Book Coach LLC agrees to hold confidential and not disclose any information related to the consulting, coaching, writing, and editing services that we provide our client without the client’s written authorization. Furthermore, we agree that the client is the sole owner of all rights to the product of our creative partnership and that we have no claim to any earnings derived from the sale of this product.

Non-Disclosure Agreement by Client

Client agrees to hold confidential and not disseminate materials with the Company logo. This includes, but is not limited to, worksheets, exercises, info sheets, etc.

The client may use these materials for the client’s own personal writing practices on projects we are not involved with, but may not share them with others.

General

Company may revise this Policy from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Policy, which will always be at https://www.craftbetterbooks.com/privacy-policy, will govern our relationship with you. We will try to notify you of material revisions, for example via an email to the email associated with your account. By continuing to use the Services after those revision become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.
